These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "PSC: Position Size Calculator" application ("App") developed by HexioLab ("we", "us") on mobile (Android, iOS) and web platforms. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides position sizing calculators, risk analysis tools, a trade journal, and related trading utilities across 18 calculation modes for educational and informational purposes. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.
The App offers different access levels on mobile:

Web version: The web App at psc.hexiolab.com is available exclusively to PRO subscribers. Access is authenticated via your mobile subscription.
All purchases (subscriptions and lifetime) can only be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play on mobile.
New mobile users may receive a free trial with full access to all PRO features. Trial duration varies by subscription plan (typically 3 days for monthly, 7 days for annual). Lifetime purchases do not include a trial. When the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will be activated and billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires. You can cancel at any time through your device's app store subscription settings.
The free tier of the mobile App may display interstitial and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads allow you to unlock temporary access to premium features (e.g., bonus calculations, one-time feature unlocks). Ad availability and frequency may vary. No ads are shown to PRO subscribers or on the web version.
The App is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations. Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of this App.
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of HexioLab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your profile, calculation history, templates, and settings. This action is irreversible. Your local data on the device will also be cleared. If you have an active subscription, account deletion does not automatically cancel it — manage your subscription through your device's app store settings before deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
